The Slow Down Is Here

Last week, I predicted that the Dow Jones could drop 5% in the First Quarter of 2016. It dropped 6% in the first week. Now, there are a lot of people realizing that the economy is definitely slowing down. The Fourth Quarter of 2015 should be almost negative, and the First Quarter of 2016 looks like it could be negative. The public in the United States is very concerned about their safety with all the problems throughout the world and within the United States. The number one priority for America is to safeguard its people and protect them 100% from all acts of terrorism. There is an election coming this year, and I definitely believe a new administration will help us tremendously. There are some great companies that are so depressed and selling at such low stock prices. It seems hard for me to believe what is going on in the market. I still feel that good companies with dividends and great earnings are companies that should be bought for a long haul investment. 2016 could be a difficult year with much uncertainty. The real estate market will have a bad start for 2016, but the future looks brighter as time goes on.
