In 1963 I began laying the groundwork for my career in Real Estate and became a Real Estate Broker in 1968. I served as a Director of the Northeast Bergen County Multiple Listing Service from 1973 to 1978. My office is located at 71 Washington Ave., Dumont, New Jersey. 90% Of my business is based on referrals.
I have handled over 21,000 Real Estate transactions over the past 45 years, mainly in Bergen County. 90% Of my business is based on referrals. As a Real Estate expert I help investors determine the value of their investment properties and because of my reputation and familiarity with local zoning laws I have been called upon to testify in court at both the municipal and county levels.
We offer many programs, such as all-cash buyouts, bridge loans for owners that need money to buy another home and "guaranteed sales" which enable homeowners to buy new property before selling their present property.
