NAR bestows Dick O'Connor status of Realtor Emeritus

This status is a unique honor awarded in recognition of his years of valuable and lasting contribution to the real estate profession and his community. It is an honor not shared by many Realtors.

The remnant is a model of the buildings that the Centex Corporation of Dallas had planned to construct on the land now known as the Lost Brook Preserve. The company had bought the property from a private owner in 1973.
